Katherine works on a referral-only basis, valuing trust, connection, and long-term relationships.
Introductory Call-A complimentary 15-minute call to ensure a mutual fit, discuss your travel vision, and outline next steps.
Travel Information Form- You will receive a brief planning form to share key details: budget, destination preferences, hotels or cruise styles, activities, interests, and pace.
Itinerary Creation- Based on your input, Katherine designs a custom itinerary for review. You may request up to three rounds of edits at no charge. Additional itinerary revisions are an additional free.
Confirmation & Deposits- Once your itinerary is approved, deposits are collected to secure hotels, tours, guides, and other services.
Pre-Travel Preparation- Together, you’ll refine the final details, such as: restaurant reservations, experiences, packing notes, and cultural insights. Final Payments are secured.
Final Itinerary- A few weeks before departure, you’ll receive your complete itinerary along with local contacts in your destination who can assist if needed.
